'Have you seen Nepal?' No, as it happens...

A Nepalese airline has taken the concept of false advertising to new levels recently after it emerged that they used an image from a country on the other side of the world in their promotional materials. Royal Nepal Airlines have apologized to the Peruvian authorities for using a picture of the 10,000-mile distant country’s tourism icon Machu Picchu under the inspired slogan “Have you seen Nepal?”

According to Reuters, the airline has issued a statement saying that an employee of manager level has now been sacked over the “lamentable error”.
