R&B Group celebrate successful six months

North East events, production and communications firm R&B group have announced a highly successful six months of trading for 2012 so far.

A sales increase of 25% from the same period last year, and a significant rise in the number of clients and events for the coming autumn have created a positive outlook for the business.

Antony Crerar and Barry Fox, Directors of R&B Group emphasised the importance of care and attention to their workforce, as well as the positive attitude of staff for the success of the company.

Mr Crerar commented: “We have recently recruited an Assistant Project Manager to the events team, an NVQ Apprentice to the workshop and a Creative Designer, whose expertise will help in the delivery of 3D and augmented reality projects for our clients. And we still have vacancies to fill for both experienced and budding technical event professionals.”

R&B have won contracts within the North East where they are based, and the firm have also enjoyed a rise in numbers of events booked in Manchester and Bristol.

In the run up to the organisation’s 21st year of business, R&B can also celebrate deals won with international businesses, as well as steady business for their Yorkshire branch.
