Give a little love to your business
Health, Wealth, Love and Happiness. Why you should give a little love to your business this Valentines Day.
Now we are not suggesting that you buy your business a bunch of roses this Valentine’s Day, but there is a lot to be said for how far a little appreciation can go.
And by appreciation we don’t necessarily mean a candle lit dinner in the canteen…
Every organisation is the sum of its people and research has shown that investing in their development and wellbeing can have a direct impact on your organisational performance. In other words, ‘give a little love and it all comes back to you.’
So why not take the excuse of Valentine’s Day to explore what you can do to promote health, wealth, love and happiness in your organisation?
• Health – Having a health and wellbeing programme in place can support a culture of happy and healthy employees, in turn providing improved productivity, attendance and motivation.

• Wealth – Developing your people and investing in their skills can offer your organisation the opportunity to achieve a real return on investment in terms of efficiencies and profitability.
