Demand sees North West law firm launch new service
A North West law firm has augmented its growth plans by launching a new service.
Clough & Willis, based in Bury, will offer a new Professional Negligence service aimed at both private and commercial clients as part of its ongoing growth.
The new service will be led by Chris Macwilliam – who is a partner at the firm and head of its Personal Injury/Litigation team.
Chris will be acting for claimants who have received wrong or bad advice from professional service suppliers including solicitors, accountants, architects, estate agents, surveyors and IFAs. He has dealt with personal injury claims for over 30 years.
Chris commented: “Launching a Professional Negligence service was the next natural step for us as over the past 12 months we’ve seen a large spike in the number of enquiries asking for advice around Professional Negligence.”
“People are more aware of their rights and are now prepared to act when they receive damaging or costly advice from those they put their trust in”.
Shefali Talukdar, managing partner, added: “As a firm, we’re always looking at how we can add value to our clients and also develop our offering. This launch demonstrates that commitment as it sits perfectly alongside our existing departments.”
No monetary investment was required to launch the new service, as it is being delivered through exisiting staff.
