Families in Business signs Part Time Executives Limited as new National Partner

“The UK’s three million family businesses employ in the region of 9.2 million people and contribute more than a quarter of all GDP to the UK economy,” explains FiB CEO and founder, Dani Saveker, “but many fail to look beyond the family for senior management expertise, which is precisely what Part Time Executives has to offer.

“Our latest survey reveals some 72 percent of family businesses only have family on their board of directors, 20 percent believe the next generation doesn’t have the necessary skills or aptitude to sustain or grow the business, and 21 percent want to recruit expertise from outside of the family.
