Leeds letting agency increases all-inclusive portfolio to counter energy price hikes
Leeds-based letting agency Rentinc has adapted to price hikes by big energy companies through increasing their portfolio of all-inclusive properties.
The portfolio has increased 146% since the company was founded in 2008, as demand continues to soar for its all-inclusive service, which includes electricity, gas, water, broadband and contents insurance.
Rachel Watson, Branch Manager at Rentinc, adds: “Sudden increases in utility bills can create problems. At Rentinc we’d advise students (and others) to either look at sensible ways of cutting down on bills, or sign an all-inclusive rental agreement option where all bills are included in monthly rents so people don’t need to worry about constantly re-budgeting.”
Rentinc was launched in 2008, as the first lettings agent in Leeds to offer ‘all-inclusive-living’, with gas, electricity, water, broadband and contents insurance included as part of the monthly rent.
