Manchester recruitment firm scoop award
Bolton-based recruitment agency Forward Role have been recognised as having the Best Recruitment Website in the UK after picking up a MARA.
Forward Role were nominated for awards in five categories, including Managing Director Steve Thompson being shortlisted for Best Recruitment Boss of the Year. The company, which operates throughout the North West and specialises in marketing recruitment, were also finalists in the Best Regional Agency category.
The website, which was launched in January, was deemed by the judges to be superior to the seven other finalists’ which included some high-profile competition.
The MARAs, or Marketing & Advertising Recruitment Awards, were established to recognise those recruitment consultancies that have best confronted the changing demands of the staffing industry.
The awards ceremony took place at the Park Plaza Hotel in London and the country’s leading recruitment companies were in attendance.
MD Steve Thompson said: “We are extremely proud to have won Best Recruitment Website. It is the first award Forward Role has won and it is the perfect end to such a fantastic year for the business.
“The team and our agencies Arena Creative, Bring Digital and I-COM have put a lot into the website since the launch, so winning best website is a big achievement.”
There has been rapid expansion at Forward Role this year, with the business experiencing 300% growth, 30 new accounts and now an awarding winning website.
Thompson commented: “With larger offices and further growth on the horizon, the future is looking very positive for Forward Role.”
