Brighouse’s Transline Group reports sales of £107.9 million
Brighouse recruitment consultancy Transline Group has reported its most successful year of trading, with revenue growing by more than 50% in 2013.
The recruitment and training specialist saw a 52% increase in turnover compared to 2012, as its UK sales climbed to £107.9 million in 2013.
Transline has 80 locations across the UK with administrative headquarters in Brighouse and its operational HQ running out of Manchester.
The business has secured major new contracts with internet retailers and developed its offering to areas, such as home delivery.
The firm has expanded globally into countries such as Poland, Canada and Thailand, yet the impressive growth is based on its UK sales alone and international revenue is not included.
Paul Beasley, managing director at Transline Group said: “Innovating and tailoring our services to meet our clients’ needs has also been a big factor in our success.
“We’ve had a staggeringly positive first quarter this year so it looks like we will maintain our growth record and hit the £175 million mark this year.
“We have lots contracts coming through, with plenty of vacancies. In Yorkshire alone, we have 100 driver vacancies right now, which are ideal for people looking to be part of a successful operation with high-profile clients. This is also a real boost to the region’s jobs market.”
Jon Taylor, managing director at Transline Group, added: “We have been working hard to expand our operations over the past few years and it has really begun to pay off, with our increasing presence across the UK, Europe, Canada and even Thailand.
“Now we’re looking to sustain this growth as the economy shows real signs of improvement.”
