Property management firm spends £300k expanding in Blackpool

Growing property management company, All in Property has acquired a new office in Blackpool as its management team looks to grow the business.

The company is set to move to new 9,000 sq ft premises in Bispham, Blackpool in December after a refurbishment programme has been completed.

All in Property is investing £300,000 in the move to relocate from its existing premises at Guild House which is also located in Blackpool.

The business was founded in 1997 by John Boardman who then later established its maintenance division a decade later in 2007. His fellow director, Ronnie Mott, joined the company in 2002 before being appointed to the board in 2006.

It now employs 50 people and covers the UK and the Republic of Ireland working in partnership with lenders, receivers, asset managers and insolvency practitioners in property possession and management.

Managing director, John Boardman said: “When the business was started we wanted to ensure that we provided a very transparent service and had the additional objective of shaping and changing our profession.

“Our commitment to providing a clear and professional property management service has facilitated our growth and the new office will give us a platform for further growth.”
