West Yorkshire digital design agency working with Nickelodeon and Universal expands in Leeds
A West Yorkshire-based brand and digital design agency, that works alongside global brands including Nickelodeon and Universal, has cemented its continued growth with a move to larger premises and a series of new appointments.
Analogue, whose new offices are on the outskirts of Leeds, has welcomed a new digital specialist as the company continues to grow its client base with an aim to become the most ‘creative’ agency in Yorkshire.
Billy Burgoyne joins the Analogue team as digital director after three years at B Reel Digital Production Company in London where he led projects for a wide range of global brands including Google, Pepsi, Honda and music download giant Spotify.
As part of Analogue’s growing digital offering, Billy will oversee the art direction and completion of all the agency’s digital projects, applying his eight years’ experience specialising in interactive experiences and installation design.
The agency recently completed a project designing the global merchandise and packaging guidelines for the world famous children’s character SpongeBob SquarePants, a brand worth $6 billion annually, as well as creating the brand identity for the Cielo Blanco Mexican restaurant in the Trinity Shopping Centre, Leeds.
The eatery is now planning to roll out the branding as it expands.
Despite its global presence, Analogue remains based in West Yorkshire, and has recently moved to a new office at the Seven Hills Business Centre in Morley.
The agency’s new space is double the size of its former premises and includes a photography studio, boardroom and its own self-contained bar inspired by Analogue’s work within the restaurant and hospitality industry.
The company has also appointed Hattie Crook as producer and Adam Graham, the co-founder of digital agency Saint London, as non-executive director to support the business’ growth strategy.
Managing director Barry Darnell said: “This is a hugely exciting time for Analogue as Billy, Adam and Hattie join the team allowing us to grow our brand and digital services and expertise for our clients.”
“We have come a long way since the business started nine years ago and I am so proud that what started as a small agency is now delivering creative solutions for some of the world’s most recognised leisure and retail brands.
“Our new office is a reflection on our growth but we continue to be true to our West Yorkshire roots. The bar particularly is a real talking point for our clients but demonstrates the creative work we have done in the food and drink industry.”
Analogue was founded by Barry in 2005 and is growing its portfolio of design and branding projects for major global brands across sectors including leisure and children’s retail. The agency works to deliver highly creative, visually-led design and branding solutions, with a focus on brands within the youth sector to establish their ‘branding from the beginning’.
The company’s new website has also just launched to coincide with the office move and showcases a collection of Analogue’s projects. It can be found online at madebyanalogue.co.uk.
