Conservation firm appoints Horner Brothers Paragon as print partner

The Conservation Volunteers, the organisation that has been reclaiming green places since 1959, has chosen Rotherham’s Horner Brothers Paragon as its preferred print partner.

Previously, the central purchasing team was almost entirely removed from the print procurement process for more than 130 sites throughout the UK, leading to multiple suppliers, increased costs and stock obsolescence.

Following a full and thorough print audit Paragon advised The Conservation Volunteers to deploy an online portal using Paragon’s PEP technology. This portal could be easily accessed by multiple buyers from each site, while controlling brand consistency, and benefitting from economies of scale and standardisation.

As all branded items are now procured from one single source the company is able to better manage its print spend, using a secure, reliable, online system.

Shane Spence, marketing manager from The Conservation Volunteers said: “We at The Conservation Volunteers are proud of the work we do.

:Our partnership with Horner Brothers Paragon ensures we get excellent quality products at a reasonable price with rapid turnaround times.“

Judith Fox, managing director of Horner Brothers Paragon, comments: “We have developed our online technology platform over many years and have seen a huge number of clients benefit from its powerful but easy to use functionality.

“Having a centralised ordering platform means that businesses have greater control of their print procurement.”
