Turtle Wax signs 10 year property deal in Liverpool
Property specialist CBRE has secured a letting to global automotive polish manufacturer Turtle Wax, at Alaska House in Atlantic Park, Liverpool.
Turtle Wax has signed a 10 year lease for 4,951 sq ft of offices on the fourth floor of the Grade A Alaska House building within the 52 acre Atlantic Park mixed use business park in Liverpool.
Turtle Wax, which was founded in Chicago, is relocating its EMEA Headquarter offices from East Gillibrands in Skelmersdale to Atlantic Park.
Tom Healy, C.O.O. and interim president EMEA at Turtle Wax, said; “We are excited that Liverpool will provide a great environment as our new EMEA Headquarters to operate and grow our business moving forward. This move will contribute to a stronger culture that will enable our longer term strategic objectives.”
Neil Kirkham, associate director of office agency at CBRE’s Liverpool office, said: “Atlantic Park is undoubtedly one of the best located sites in the North West and offered Turtle Wax the high quality of offices it required within a building with the right presence for an EMEA Headquarter operation.”
