Frontline set to smash record after announcing Q3 revenue hike

A recruitment agency is reporting unprecedented demand for candidates after revealing a huge leap in revenues for the third quarter of 2014.

Sales at Frontline Recruitment, which has five offices around the UK, rocketed by 23 per cent from July to September - a performance which Tony Wilmot, co-founder of the company, shows that businesses are more confident than at any time since the end of the recession.

“Q3 is always a good barometer of where the economy is,” says Tony. “The surge in demand for staff this compared with Q2 has seen the traditional holiday period upturn coincide with our established customer base capitalising on a ‘try before you buy’ system, whereby they can call on us to test out candidates before considering hiring them on a permanent basis.”

The rise in placements has come as no surprise to Frontline Recruitment, which predicted an upturn in the jobs market in 2014 after posting record results last year.

The company also enjoyed a 27 per cent increase in the amount of new candidates it has placed in jobs during the first quarter of 2014, and is on course to smash its own sales record in 2014.

Tony adds: “We’ve found that over the summer months new business demand has outstripped even our most optimistic predictions. What this means is that we’re now actively searching for more quality candidates to fulfil our blue chip clients’ expectations. I’d urge anyone who thinks they have what it takes to land themselves a permanent job at some of the UK’s biggest companies to get in touch.

“It’s clear that with record numbers of people now in work, that buoyancy is back in the economy. We’re looking to take advantage of that by continuing to service established clients as well as the new ones who are coming to us in search of the best workforce as we enter the busy Christmas period.”

Frontline recently announced that it is to restructure and expand as it gears up for growth.

The company is looking to expand its brand by offering franchise opportunities to key recruitment professionals looking to further their career, opening new branches through organic growth and expanding its on-site offering.

Frontline Recruitment is headquarted in Nottingham, and has offices in Derby, Leicester, Mansfield and Weymouth.
