The Field Marketing & Brand Experience Awards which were held at Troxy London are amongst the most recognised and highest accolades within the brand experience industry and to win one sets an agency apart from the competition.
Director Danae Abadom “It was a very proud moment when we realised we had won the bronze award, it was a great recognition for the hard work and effort of the team have put in this past year and for the Road Respect campaign which we hold dear to our hearts, this campaign is where it all started for us and to win a FM&BE award for our work was amazing”.
The campaign picked up on the popularity of wrapping empty store fronts, the Pop up Shop movement and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies and combined them to develop the link between AR and brand experience in a retail setting at the intu Metrocentre and other regional centres.
The FM&BE award tops off what has been an incredible period for IE, celebrating over 30% growth for the year. Working with clients such a boohoo.com, Tyne and Wear Metro, Dalton Park Shopping Centre and Johnsons Press, IE have become one of the North East’s top full service experiential agencies, sitting shoulder to shoulder with their national counterparts.
IE have always placed innovation at the heart of what they do, their work with Road Respect highlights this ethos, understanding that immersive experiences are created by combining technology and face to face interactions in unexpected ways to delivery brand experiences which give truly experiential brand engagement.
It goes to show that local campaigns can pack a punch as good as our national counterparts by pushing innovation and creativity IE are leading the way in the North East for experiential marketing.
