Manchester-headquartered Sellick Partnership Limited to launch 7th office
Manchester-headquartered Sellick Partnership Limited, a financial and legal recruitment company is to launch its seventh office in the UK.
The new office will be based in London after clients and candidates have requested a London presence and will create five to 10 jobs in the next 12 months.
The business as a whole is growing with regular new jobs being developed across the offices.
The company expect a turnover this year of between £31- £32 million and was started on £25k bank loan matched by £25k of own money by managing director Jo Sellick.
In its first year it had a turnover of £1 million and thanks to its rapid expansion it means that the new office will be funded via the business’ own revenue.
Managing director Jo Sellick said: “Generally we get it right, we are good at building relationships, 13 years on our good reputation means we thrive on repeat businesses.
“The easiest thing for us is our relationships, clients trust us and can interact with us on a level that all stakeholders understand.
“It means that it is not hard to get business and easy to deliver on what we say we will do.
“Our internal culture is very important to us, as a company we get together three times a year and we have a good natural atmosphere.
“We have three core values that we recruit against, our employees are passionate, engaged and respected.
“As a company we are not built on KPIs but want to problem solve.”
