Healthy fast food café set to open at Newcastle’s Cobalt Business Park

Highbridge Business Park Ltd have let the final unit to complete the letting of their 26,000 sq ft Cobalt Central retail development at Cobalt Park in North Tyneside.

Highbridge are delighted to announce an all new Healthy Fast Food café Spud & Lettuce open on the park Jan 2015 as the name suggested they will be providing baked potatoes and power salads to the masses at Cobalt.

The diverse tenant line-up includes a 4,000 sq ft Tesco express store which anchors the central parade of shops, Greggs, Chisholm’s bookmakers, Navaho Coffee Shop, 2,850 sq ft Let to Quantum Elite Legal Professional Services & 13,700 sq ft of serviced offices on the first floor. All complimented by the weekly Tasty Thursday pop up restaurant events and other fabulous lunch time and evening events organised by the Cobalt MORE team.

Elsewhere on the park there is a 5 star Ofstead rated nursery, Village Hotel Urban Resort & Cobalt Business Exchange serviced offices. Cobalt also has great links to 100s of amenities on the outskirts of the park.
