Tractivity System is paramount in public consultation process

Tractivity software from RE:SYSTEMS has been selected by London Resort Company Holdings (LRCH) to manage the public consultation and stakeholder engagement process for the London Paramount Entertainment Resort. The world-class venue planned on the Swanscombe Peninsula is about to enter the third of four stages of the year-long consultation process with the local community and interested parties.

Fenlon Dunphy from LRCH said: “We were recommended the Tractivity system by our media relations consultancy, PPS Group, as we needed a robust and effective way to engage and consult with the public and local stakeholders and understand their needs within a very short timeframe.” Throughout a series of public exhibitions across North Kent, questionnaires were conducted offline using mobile tablets. Responses have been fed into the Tractivity system via the project website, also developed by RE:SYSTEMS. Using the Snap Surveys functionality, which is fully integrated into Tractivity, all public responses, engagement, dialogue and enquiries have been collated in one central place and reports generated and analysed. Mark Rutter, Head of Tractivity at RE:SYSTEMS commented:

“We are delighted that the London Paramount project has been the first client to benefit from our partnership with Snap Surveys through full integration with Tractivity software, saving the client valuable time and resources in collating all data and communications together.” Additional public consultation events will be held throughout 2015 to provide local people with the opportunity to feedback their opinions and raise any questions on the development. Tractivity software will be used to coordinate enquiries, feedback and for communicating with relevant parties during the whole process. Stakeholders to be consulted on the project include local authorities and parish councils in the appropriate areas, county level authorities, conservation bodies such as Natural England and English Heritage, regulatory bodies including the Environment Agency and local landowners. The resort is planned to include an entertainment street, water park, theme park, events space, sporting facilities, creative space, service buildings, and staff training academy, as well as approximately 5,000 hotel rooms and a number of improvements to the local transport infrastructure.
