New branding puts people power into digital
Digital agency White October is building a reputation as a clear-thinking team which consistently beats expectations. The firm, which has grown by around 30% in the last year, unveils a new brand identity that reflects its agile, people-powered approach to creating digital products that work.
“We’re about enabling people to make blindingly good digital products,” says White October founder and MD Dave Fletcher. “We work closely with our clients to ensure their projects are viable in the real world, use the best available technology and are structured to deliver value.”
“Our strengths are in our collaborative, teams-based approach and we are always ready to adapt or change a project if it means a better outcome.
“We want our identity to reflect that we are clear-thinking, digital people.”
The new brand - serious digital with a human touch
The White October logo is a simple ‘W’ inspired by a grid, or digital wireframe. This linear icon can be adapted with an array of colourful versions depending on the application, style and mood.
The new branding and website is now live - just Google ‘White October’
White October is a 33-strong team which is actively building its skills base in new digital technologies and processes. Products delivered in the last year include a ‘bricks and mortar’ online search for Foyles bookstore and CABI Plantwise, an online ‘plant Bible’ for plant doctors helping farmers in developing countries.
White October is at the heart of Oxfordshire’s digital community. It was instrumental in founding Digital Oxford, a membership organisation which represents the region’s digital sector at a national level. The firm is also involved in major technology conferences such as jQueryUK and All Your Base and as well as many digital meetups and networking groups.
