Nursing and care provider on road to growth

MBS Care, a provider of nursing and care staff to private institutions throughout the Northwest of England, has taken the next step in its journey to growth, with the decision to exhibit at the upcoming Care Roadshow at Aintree Racecourse on the 9th of June.

Aimed at care home owners and managers, care providers and health professionals, the Care Roadshows are a series of regional events showcasing innovative products and services to all those within the healthcare sector.

Founding member of MBS Care, Paul Fagbure, has been a fully qualified and dedicated nurse for 35 years, so the company has a fundamental understanding of the care sector and its requirements.

Stephen Fagbure, Operations Manager, commented, “Our whole ethos is based around the care and commitment we can provide, which is why we carefully select our staff, train them and ensure they are fully prepared for their role. We’re incredibly passionate about the service we provide and want to ensure those requiring support, don’t just receive the care they need, but that it is delivered in a professional and compassionate manner.”

Stephen continued, “Our objective at the Care Roadshow is to demonstrate our experience, commitment and professionalism to care and nursing home managers and owners. We hope to be able to show them what makes our approach different and why we’d make a formidable partner to provide the best possible care available.”

To enable MBS Care to provide the care sector with the best service possible, they nurture their staff through ongoing training and support. This in turn means that nursing and care staff are loyal to the MBS Care team, which makes a huge difference to those receiving care, as MBS Care can provide continuity of staff ensuring residents always see a familiar face. It also reduces the number of inductions a home has to do for staff, saving both time and money.

MBS Care currently has a range of institutions it provides staff for, from small independent care homes to large care providers with several homes across the region. Over the past 12 months the company has grown significantly with their customer base increasing by 100%.
