Eddisons to market a LSE-listed company owned Leeds office development
The Leeds office of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons has won a competitive pitch to become joint agent on an office development close to Leeds city centre.
Picton Property Income, a £400m London Stock Exchange listed investment company that has a substantial UK portfolio of commercial real estate assets, currently owns Waterside House on Kirkstall Road.
Eddisons has been tasked to work alongside the Leeds office of Sanderson Weatherall.
The office space on the property’s vacant 2nd floor, covers over 8,400 sq ft and is available to let as a whole or in suites from approximately 3,500 sq ft. These can be configured to suit individual occupier requirements and start from £12.50 per sq ft.
Steven Jones, associate director at Eddisons, said: “Waterside House provides modern open plan office space in an excellent location, with direct access to the city centre.
“The immediate area comprises a mix of residential, retail and commercial property, with the nearby Cardigan Fields Retail Park offering a range of leisure and restaurant facilities.
“We are delighted to have been instructed on the scheme and look forward to using our knowledge of the Leeds office leasing market to attract appropriate occupiers and eradicate voids for our client.”
