The first Nourish restaurant opened in Sheffield in 2013.

Healthy fast food chain coming to Leeds city centre

David Stache, Nutritionist and Founder of Nourish is set to open the second of his Nourish Restaurants in Leeds next month.

As a food-service establishment, Nourish aims to provide a healthy fast food option that is accessible and affordable, as well as educating people on what makes a healthy choice for them and their lifestyle.

The menu lists the ingredients of all breakfast, lunch and dinner options as well as highlighting their nutritional values, which all include a balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats in every meal.

The first Nourish site, which opened in Sheffield in 2013, achieved significant success and now David plans to do the same with the opening of a Leeds city centre restaurant on Bond Street

The eco friendly restaurant features interiors modelled from the recycled and reused materials of its previous fittings. Exposed brickwork, scaffold baton benches and walls constructed from recycled timber and glass are all part of Nourish’s concept of ‘bringing the outside in’.

As well as the natural greens and artificial grass flooring, the cutlery is even made of biodegradable potato starch.

Nourish, which has designed a brand new menu for the Leeds restaurant, will also offer personal consultation appointments with an onsite nutritionist.

Nourish will open for breakfast and lunch from 7am until 6.30pm Monday to Saturday and 9-5pm Sundays.
