The Right Fuelcard Company fuels growth with York office move
The Right Fuelcard Company (TRFC) is continuing with its growth strategy with the opening of a new office in York.
Having significantly expanded since launching in 2011, the independent distributor of Shell, Esso and Keyfuels fuel cards to UK businesses now boasts a 52-strong team.
With headquarters in Hunslet, the move to offices at Apollo House in Eboracum Way, York, follows the opening of a new Harrogate sales office in September 2014.
The York office has created an additional 10 sales positions and TRFC is planning to further boost the team by 20% across 2017-2018.
TRFC has achieved its best year of sales to date across the last 12 months and is forecasting 14% sales growth in the year ahead.
The York office is headed by sales manager Ros Shaw, who has over a decade of experience in the fuel card industry and was formerly head of sales for The Bayford Group of businesses run by serial entrepreneur Jonathan Turner.
Ros said: “Being back with TRFC feels like ‘coming home’ and it’s great to be playing an instrumental role in the company’s development at this formative period as we grow the York team with a strong pipeline of business.”
Joshua Wilson, the first oil trader at TRFC’s new York office, added: “I was seeking a career with a company which is going places and has a dynamic vision. This is my first sales role which is challenging and rewarding and I’m looking forward to see our team develop.”
Adam Walsh, business director also commented: “It’s brilliant to have Ros on board – she brings a wealth of experience to this role and to the business. This latest milestone likewise reinforces that we are on track to realise our ambitious growth strategy and vision.”
