Nuttersons create future stars with new Degree Apprenticeships
Nuttersons, a creative agency in Manchester, are taking on 5 new apprentices as part of their involvement in the brand new Degree Apprenticeship Scheme.
This is the first year that the degree apprenticeships have been made available by Nuttersons, and interest for these positions has been through the roof. Successful applicants are able to split their time between Nuttersons and university, with a job at one of the North West’s most exciting media startup companies, and a place on an engaging degree level course at Manchester Metropolitan University.
The end result will see apprentices gain a BSc in Technology Solutions, as well as four years of invaluable experience from their paid position with Nuttersons. The covering of tuition fees means that apprentices won’t have to worry about the financial burden brought on by the recent scrapping of maintenance loans, and can focus on gaining experience that will be useful to their future.
The Degree Apprenticeship Scheme is still in its early stages in the technology sector, with the government beginning commencement of it this September. Nuttersons are lucky enough to be one of the first companies to be involved, with other companies including Lloyds, AstraZeneca, and Network Rail.
For those who don’t already know, Nuttersons is a start-up creative agency based in Manchester city centre, who specialise in creating and developing visually exciting websites for their clients. Their aim is to get the best results for their clientèle, whilst being innovative and creative with their designs.
New degree apprentices are provided with a brilliant opportunity to get involved with a passionate and enthusiastic new creative agency that care just as much about their employees as they do their clients. New team members are encouraged to progress within the company, and are given the opportunity to learn with experienced professionals and real clients.
Applications are now being taken for the 2016 degree apprentice scheme, and anyone interested is urged to contact Nuttersons for more information on how they can get involved.
