Harvard welcomes new CEO

Harvard Engineering, world leader in the design, development and manufacture of energy saving lighting solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Hussey as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Hussey joins Harvard from Strix Ltd, where he led the private equity backed company to become a global leader in the design, manufacture and sale of safety control systems for small domestic appliances and filtration systems.

Prior to working at Strix, Hussey held senior executive positions at a number of global brands including Danaher Corp, Honeywell and Allied Signal and has extensive experience of successfully growing businesses across international markets.

Tony Clarkson, Harvard chairman, said, “We are delighted to welcome Paul to Harvard. His broad experience and leadership skills, particularly in international markets, will support the company with its continued growth and expansion. We are all looking forward to Paul joining the business and making a positive contribution as we continue to deliver highly innovative lighting solutions for our customers.”
