Ringtons scores deal with Blackpool Football Club Hotel and Conference Centre
North East-based tea and coffee company Ringtons has won a new account with Blackpool Football Club Hotel and Conference Centre.
Ringtons Beverages, the food services division of the 108 year old tea and coffee company, has been appointed as the sole provider of individual in-room beverage items for the 72 bedroom hotel. The Ringtons bedroom beverage range includes Fairtrade teas, infusions, coffees, sugars and ancillaries.
Operated and managed by Sam Oyston, son of Blackpool Football Club’s chairman Karl Oyston, the purpose-built, 4-star hotel and conference facility opened its doors in 2013 following a multi-million pound investment.
Cecilia Frediani, Blackpool FC Hotel and Conference Centre Assistant General Manager said: “We were incredibly impressed with the level of expertise and the quality of the products presented to us by Gloria from Ringtons Beverages.
“The style and quality of the bedroom products are a perfect match for our hotel, and our guests have already commented on how much they are enjoying them. We look forward to building our relationship with Ringtons in the coming months and to hopefully introduce more of their great products throughout the hotel.”
Gloria Sanchez, from Ringtons Beverages, added: “Blackpool Football Club Hotel and Conference Facility is a unique building and we are pleased to be a permanent fixture at the venue.
“The team were keen to appoint a British company who could provide a great service and range, and were particularly impressed with the fact all of our tea is blended and packed by us in Newcastle upon Tyne, which enables us to deliver the freshest quality product.”
