iPhone confirmed as the iPhone 6S

The new iPhones due to be released by Apple, have been annonced as the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus. This is the follow on from the very successful iPhone 6 series.

The new iPhone will include a new glass which is the strongest glass known to the industry. The designers expanded on the original design of force touch with a new development called 3D touch. This was described by John Ive as a whole new way to use technology. The iPhone now understands the force the user will apply to the touch screen giving the user shortcuts to frequent tasks completed on the device.

The new device will have the brand new developed A9 chip. This is 70% faster doing desktop tasks and infact 90% faster performing graphic activities on the new phone. This is compared to the A8 chip used within the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. The M9 coprocessor is also working with the iPhone 6s to monitor health and also will benefit the new ‘Hey Siri’ feature where you can simply say ‘Hey Siri’ to make the Siri feature appear and help you perform new tasks.

The brand new iSight camera is a 12mp, meaning it has had a 50% increase of pixels to the previous iPhone. The auto focus is even more faster and accurate with 50% more focus pixels. The developers have worked to improve the quality of the photos the camera will take. The presentation included a gallery of photos that professional photographers took with the new phone, which were untouched and came straight from the camera. This included a picture of the Blue Lagoon in Iceland and a river delta system taken from an aeroplane. In addition to this other photos included those of animals and also Italy and China. A picture of a Macau rounded off the gallery presentation.

The presentation then moved onto the new HD video feature which was mainly dominated by the 4K video recording feature. The new 5MP Facetime camera followed the news. The new true tone flash matches ambient light and the retina display will now also have a true tone flash which will assist with taking pictures on the new Facetime camera.

The new wireless systems are now twice as fast and the iPhone 6S has the most bands making it the best iPhone for travelling around the world. The WiFi is also twice as fast and running iOS 9 makes it even better. There is also a new app on the Google Play Store helping users making the switch from Android to iPhone even easier!

The new touch ID is also on its second generation too making it twice as fast!

The cost for the new iPhone will be the exact same prices as the previous model.
