Local Crayford healthcare company reveals its new identity

LOCAL CRAYFORD HEALTHCARE COMPANY REVEALS ITS NEW IDENTITY

Local medical device employer, Westmeria Healthcare, based in Crayford, Kent is delighted to announce today (Monday 26th October 2015) that it is “re-launching” as APEX Medical Limited, following its acquisition by APEX Medical Group.

The company’s headquarters will remain in Crayford and will continue to operate under the same management structure, with a 70-strong workforce from the local area and across the South East.

APEX Medical Limited will strive to maintain the high standards of service and product development pioneered by Westmeria since its formation in 1999 and will become a market leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of pressure area care equipment, medical beds, and manual handling equipment, with an emphasis on serving the healthcare needs of patients throughout the UK.

This significant investment in the local healthcare company looks to increase its service capabilities and widen its distribution network across the UK; including expanding from its current main client base in care settings into the hospital/ Acute sector. Westmeria’s current Dynamic and Static Mattress ranges will benefit from a rebrand to carry APEX’s visual identity.

The launch of the new company will take place at two of the UK’s best known trade shows, the Care and Dementia Show (3rd -4th November 2015), NEC Birmingham, and The Wounds UK Conference (9th-11th) November 2015, Harrogate International Centre.
