My Family Care takes on Australian market
My Family Care, the experts in family-friendly working practices, have teamed up with Sydney-based, SeventeenHundred, to offer businesses across the globe their innovative work+family solutions. My Family Care, the largest provider of backup care and family support services in Europe has joined forces with the Australian work-life, diversity and inclusion solutions provider to assist their clients’ 400,000 employees in managing their work-life commitments and help employers all over the globe with their employee engagement.
This is the latest business development from My Family Care which already provides work+family solutions to businesses across the UK & Europe, the US and Asia-Pac regions. Together, My Family Care and SeventeenHundred will help large and small companies reduce unplanned absenteeism and boost workplace productivity and workplace culture. A particularly strong feature is the global, yet local, provision of parental leave and maternity coaching services, tried and tested with thousands of working parents and their managers in the UK and now rolled out through local experts in Australia and New Zealand.
Ben Black, Managing Director and co-founder of My Family Care says: “The tie-up with SeventeenHundred is very timely as clients continue to expect joined-up global solutions. We are delighted to work with partners whose values closely reflect our own and the quality of whose work speaks for itself. We’re particularly excited to be extending the reach of our market-leading coaching service to a whole new continent through SeventeenHundred.”
The two providers boast an impressive list of clients including Virgin, Shell, Pfizer, IBM, Energy Australia and KPMG, to name a few.
Ryan Meldrum, CEO and Founder of SeventeenHundred says: “We are thrilled about this new synergy with My Family Care – a leader in its field. For us to now be able to provide a global offering to our clients, and potential clients, is a huge milestone. We are looking forward to extending our inclusiveness mantra in order to support our employee database, no matter where in the world they reside.”
An example of the services offered under this new partnership, include:
• Work-life integration and diversity solutions and coaching to support organisations and their employees; • The Work & Life Hub – an innovative new platform that provides customised advice, information and tools to help organisations’ employees balance work-life commitments, and; • Backup care – which acts as a “safety net” for employees who care for children, adults or elderly loved ones by providing temporary care when regular caregiving arrangements are unavailable.
