Leeds fleet telematics firm expands with new international customer service centre
Masternaut, a provider of fleet telematics solutions, has expanded its customer service office in Aberford, Leeds, with new international support capacities.
The site at Aberford now boasts a multi-lingual call centre, offering international support for its clients in the UK and across Europe, with over 100 members of customer-facing staff.
Steve Towe, chief commercial officer and UK managing director, commented: “The opening of our new customer service hub in Aberford is the next step in our growth plans. With more than 10,000 customers across Europe, having a centralised, multi-lingual customer service base will provide them with outstanding service from an experienced team with years of pan-European expertise. We are pleased we can continue to create new job opportunities in the area”.
Masternaut now has an international partner support network that covers 24 countries, providing online and telephone-based customer service, as well as physical engineering resources on the ground.
Steve added: “We’re seeing an increased demand for our Masternaut Connect telematics platform as fleet operators start to increasingly look to go beyond vehicle tracking. Telematics is no longer a tool solely used by fleet managers, but a business-wide application configured to suit the demands of both a local and international audience.”
Masternaut graduated from ‘The Future Fifty’, a government and private-sector scheme designed to thrust British tech companies into the ranks of the internet giants. Masternaut’s customers include Travis Perkins, Balfour Beatty, Speedy Services, Arriva Transport Solutions, Morrison Utility Services and Andrew Page.
