Creed Communications buys new Altrincham base

Employment and resourcing firm Creed Communications has purchased a new HQ at Stamford Court in Altrincham.

The firm, which is relocating from Wilmslow, is set to take 1,973 sq ft at the site.

Chester-based property company The District Estates secured the sale, following which only unit four at Stamford Court remains unoccupied.

Creed Communications director Simon McLoughlin said: “As a financially secure business with a good track record of consistent and strong growth, we have long considered the prospect of acquiring our own property.

“Altrincham town centre is undergoing major refurbishment and is attracting successful businesses like Creed.”

He added: “We are making a considerable investment in our new premises to create a vibrant workplace that will attract the best talent.”

Creed was unrepresented during the transaction. Canning O’Neill is the joint agent on the scheme along with Regional Property Solutions.

Canning O’Neill’s associate director, John Nash, commented: “Altrincham town centre is buoyant having secured key deals such as the sale of Magnus’ Grosvenor House earlier this year to an owner-occupier.

“Stamford Court represents a rare opportunity for occupiers looking for an option with their own front door in the centre of Altrincham.”
