£42m Fox Valley scheme to bring 118 new homes to Stocksbridge
Stocksbridge, Sheffield, will soon see the launch of a major new housing development at Fox Valley.
Stonebridge Homes are currently preparing to open one of its largest ever developments, which features the building of 118 new homes, from one bedroom apartments to 2, 3 & 4 bedroom semi-detached and 3 & 4 bedroom detached homes.
Carol Gunn, head of sales & marketing at the Leeds-based housebuilder, said: “This is our first development in the Sheffield area and we could not have picked a better location to kick things off. The new homes will form an integral part of the overall Fox Valley scheme, which is already starting to transform Stocksbridge with the creation of a new town centre.
“Seeing the work that has already been done in the early stages of Fox Valley is genuinely inspiring. It’s not just the sheer size of the project, but the thought and detail that has been put into it to deliver what will be a superb new destination for retail, leisure, offices and of course a great new place to live”.
The £42m development also includes a wide range of new amenities, with a supermarket and many other major household retailers soon to be opening on the scheme.
Carol concluded: “We have been working very closely with Dransfield Properties on the project and we’re so impressed with how they are already delivering the overall vision for the area.
“Our early enquiry levels have been phenomenal, so clearly potential buyers can see what a great development it will be.”
