Bradley Hall partners with global bank

North East chartered surveying firm Bradley Hall is forging a close relationship with Lloyds Bank in the North East after being appointed on the prestigious Lloyds Bank Valuation Panel for Secured Lending.

Lloyds Bank operates a network of 1,300 branches across England and Wales, offering a full range of financial services. The company, which was renamed from Lloyds TSB in 2013 employs almost 46,000 people across its branches and headquarters.

Richard Rafique, director at Bradley Hall, said: “Lloyds Bank is traditionally thought of as one of the ‘Big Four’ clearing banks and enjoys a solid reputation for customer satisfaction and we are delighted to announce our participation on the valuation panel for secured lending.

“Our knowledge of the local market will help Lloyds Bank to further strengthen their offering to customers in Newcastle and the North East, as well as expand our business opportunities.”

In addition to its partnership with Lloyds Bank, Bradley Hall has worked on the regional panel of Barclays Bank for over 20 years and has previously undertaken work via the prestigious HSBC panel and Handelsbanken. The firm offers a broad range of services from residential and commercial estate agency through to property management, investment, business sales and disposals.

Its Grey Street office in Newcastle city centre focuses predominantly on commercial property, with plans to open a residential operation within the building in the coming months, while the Gosforth office deals mainly with residential enquiries. The Durham office, led by director Peter Bartley, performs a dual role in managing commercial and residential instructions, with a fifth residential office based in Morpeth set to open this spring following a successful office launch in Alnwick last year.

The company also recently announced an expansion and diversification, offering a comprehensive range of independent finance advice with the launch of BH Financial Services. This service, approved and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), will provide advice on residential and commercial mortgages, commercial loans, to business finance, and motor finance for business and private use along both vehicle sourcing and disposal.
