SEND Resourcing re-launches with strong growth plans
SEND Resourcing – the home-based recruitment business – has re-launched with new branding and new websites, to push forward with its impressive growth plans for 2016.
With its new disruptive concept for the recruitment industry, SEND Resourcing has created a game-changing opportunity for experienced recruiters to choose their own hours and work independently.
The business, which has a head office in London and an office in Stockport, was launched in beta one year ago to a small exclusive number of independent recruitment consultants to test out the concept.
Following the highly successful soft launch, huge growth plans have now been announced, which include building up a network of 200 independent recruitment consultants by the end of 2016 and 400 by the end of 2017. In addition to this, there are plans to expand the business to Australia, Asia and Europe within five years.
Simon Leigh, managing director of SEND Resourcing, said: “The unique set-up of SEND Resourcing has appealed to many talented recruiters allowing them to start working for themselves and realise a much improved work/life balance.
“The new year is a classic time for professionals to look at where their career is going, so this is the perfect opportunity for us to be re-launching and opening positions to many more independent consultants to come on board. We have very ambitious growth targets for the next five years, so we’re going to be incredibly busy!”
SEND Resourcing provides a cloud-based platform for independent recruitment professionals to work for themselves, which includes access to a support network, top job boards and is inclusive of administration tasks such as billing.
Consultants can work absolutely anywhere as long as they have a device and an internet connection and can choose their own hours.
With a focus on creating a work / life balance for professionals in an industry known for its long hours, SEND Resourcing appeals to those who want to create a better life for themselves.
Mike Sangster, operations director at SEND Resourcing, said: “This completely new idea for the recruitment industry has already made a huge impact with clients, as well as recruiters. Having a network of independent recruiters really resonates with clients across all industries and the concept is incredibly scalable, so we are extremely excited to press forward with expanding the business.”
Emily Bruce, associate director at SEND Resourcing, said: “Having joined Send Resourcing as a consultant in early 2015 what initially attracted me were the job boards. Gaining access to all the job boards and CV databases I wanted with no outlay myself meant I was able to compete with the biggest most well established recruitment businesses from day one. However, it’s the collaboration, support and opportunity to build residual income that I have found to be the most valuable and this is why I see my future with Send Resourcing for the long-term.”
SEND Resourcing is wholly owned by Allens Chartered Accountants in Stockport, which has been trading since 1973.
