Parseq announces plan to create 700 new jobs in Sunderland

Multi-million pound contract wins have led Sunderland’s Parseq, based in Doxford International Business Park, to announce an expansion plan that will see it create over 700 new jobs.

The B2B service, which helps organisations to acquire customers, retain market share and improve operational efficiency, will also invest a six figure sum to development a centre of excellence in the city.

Graham Stein, contact centre managing director at Parseq, explained: “We have a fantastic team in Sunderland and their hard work and loyalty has created the platform for new contract wins and further employment opportunities in the north east.

“Our people are without question one of our most valuable assets and a main contributor to us retaining 100 per cent of all the clients we acquired with the business back in 2014 in addition to a catalogue new contracts we have introduced since.

“We are delighted to announce our continued investment in Sunderland’s rich workforce and business network.”

Parseq has pledged to invest more than a million pounds to develop the careers of its people based in Sunderland and its other UK offices in Glasgow, Rotherham, London and Brighton.

The firm employs more than 2,500 nationally and represents some of the UK’s most respected blue-chip companies including the top ten international banks, a third of the country’s utility sector, financial and insurance services.
