NYC Bar and Grill set to open third restaurant in Sheffield’s Fox Valley
NYC Bar and Grill, the Yorkshire-based American restaurant brand, is opening its third restaurant this summer at Sheffield’s Fox Valley development.
Founded in 2013, the independent company is headed by owner Lee Edwards and has restaurants in Bawtry and Doncaster.
NYC Bar and Grill is expanding with a number of new sites planned across the region including the 2,120 sq. ft. Fox Valley restaurant which will open its doors on June 16th.
The Fox Valley restaurant will sit alongside Ponti’s Italian Kitchen at the £50m town centre development.
The restaurants and cafes at the new Sheffield retail destination have been designed around a landscaped peace gardens area with multi jet fountains and outdoor seating.
Lee said: “Fox Valley is a great location for our third NYC Bar and Grill – we are passionate about fantastic customer service and producing great food.
“We really care about the customer experience and we can’t wait to bring that NYC experience to our new north Sheffield restaurant when we open in June.”
Fox Valley is on schedule to open on June 16th 2016. The development will be home to a wide range of national and independent retailers, restaurants and coffee shops.
James Shepherd, management surveyor at Dransfield Properties, said: “It’s great news that another fantastic Yorkshire company is expanding and joining the lineup here at Fox Valley.
“This is a completely new retail destination for this part of north Sheffield and we are keen to create a really unique mix of stores and restaurants for our shoppers – we wish Lee and his team all the very best with their new restaurant.”
