MSP Contribute to Manufacturing Advancement at MACH 2016

metrology software products ltd (MSP) have once again exhibited at the UK’s premier manufacturing technologies show. The MACH exhibition, hosted bi-annually at the NEC in Birmingham, is organised by The Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) who presented member company MSP with the Best Supplier Partnership Award last year.

“Attending shows like MACH are excellent ways of engaging with new and existing customers. The diverse and interesting mix of exhibitors and visitors at MACH continues to prove the show is an invaluable platform for the UK manufacturing industry. This year’s show confirms the industry continues to thrive and we are happy to be contributing to manufacturing advancement,” said Peter Hammond, Technical Director at MSP.

MACH 2016 marked another successful exhibition for MSP and was the busiest and biggest stand for the company yet. The focus, however, was on MSP’s continuously advancing innovative products; NC-PerfectPart and NC-Checker. NC-Checker was particularly popular as manufacturers strive to drive down machine tool maintenance costs. These award winning systems provide automated set-up, no concessions and can show whether a machine tool is capable of machining a part correctly. The success of MSP’s products is such that CMS Industries promoted them on their MACH 2016 stand, demonstrating how well they integrate with their machine tools.

Additional MSP technology was showcased in the form of the Equator gauging system sold by associate company Renishaw. The Equator system runs using MSP developed software and was present on numerous stands at MACH including the Yamazaki Mazak Corporation stand and the MTA’s Learning and Development area.

“This year was another great MACH show for MSP, building on successive years. It is always a pleasure to be visited by existing customers with new and exciting projects and great to meet new ones in such a busy environment,” comments Margaret Toberty, Business Development Manager at MSP.

MSP would like to thank all the visitors to the stand and hope to see you again at the Advanced Engineering show at the NEC in Birmingham in November this year.
