Forbidden Technologies cloud video software signed up for two big sporting events

Forbidden Technologies, the London-based cloud technology firm, has announced contract wins for two impending sporting events.

The firm’s video editing software, Forscene, will be used to collect, edit and distribute highlights packages for an as yet unnamed major tennis tournament in London, as well as a ‘major international sporting games for disabled athletes’ in Brazil.

Both contracts represent the first time Forbidden’s cloud-based post-production software will be utilised for each sporting event, which are due to take place this Summer. The deal will also see highlights packages distributed on social media and related websites.

While the exact events are yet to be revealed, both Wimbledon and the paralympic games in Rio are due to take place this summer.
