Housing firm Regenda prepares to create 50 Liverpool jobs
North West housing business Regenda is about to embark on a recruitment drive ahead of its big move to Liverpool.
The firm, which is this year relocating its headquarters back to Commutation Plaza, is expecting to create around 50 jobs across several departments, including HR, finance, IT and customer service.
To fill the positions, the firm has announced plans to hold a recruitment day next month (May 14) at its new office near St George’s Hall.
Some employees of The Regenda Group are now based in Liverpool, where the firm operated more than 10 years ago. All departments are expected to relocate by September 2016.
Discussing the decision to relocate when it was first revealed at the beginning of February, Regenda’s chief executive, Michael Birkett, said “the time is right” to move its departments to Liverpool.
Once fully operational, the new office at Commutation Plaza is forecast to allow Regenda to save around £400k every year.
