Double Award Win for Bridgfords’ Customer Service

Customers have voted Bridgfords as the best estate agent in Cumbria and Lancashire at the prestigious annual Estate and Letting Agent Awards 2016.

Leading North West estate agent Bridgfords is celebrating after winning both the gold and silver awards in the Cumbria and Lancashire region category at this year’s ESTAS awards. The gold award went to the Bridgfords Burnley branch, whilst the silver was awarded to Bridgfords in Bamber Bridge.

Bridgfords is part of Countrywide, the UK’s largest estate agent and property services group, which also scooped the gold awards for Best Large Estate Agency Group and Best Large Letting Agency Group.

Presented by TV property expert Phil Spencer, the ceremony was held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and attended by 900 of the UK’s top estate and letting agents and suppliers to the industry.

The ESTAS awards, now celebrating their 13th year, are the only industry awards based purely on the votes of buyers, sellers and landlords. The annual awards recognise the best offices in the UK for delivering outstanding customer service and customers are asked to vote for estate and letting agents based on their experience in 2015.

Hundreds of agents from across the UK took part and over 30,000 questionnaires were completed by customers during the competition, making it the biggest consumer survey of its kind in the property industry.

Branch Manager of Bridgfords in Burnley, Colin Haslam, said; “We are absolutely delighted to be recognised by our customers at the ESTAS at gold level for the second year running. It means so much to us that our customers have voted for us and judged our performance so highly. We take high levels of customer service very seriously because we know clients have a wide choice.
