Sterling Developments completes two luxurious new homes

Luxury property developer Sterling Developments (UK) Limited, has completed work on its latest project, the development of two exquisite new homes in Bickley, near Bromley.

Constructed with the support of a seven figure funding package provided by the Royal Bank of Scotland, the two homes, ‘Blandings’ and ‘Wodehouse’, are each set in a 0.25 acre plot and are located adjacent to one another on the desirable Sundridge Avenue.

Constructed to an exceptionally high standard, Sterling Developments has used the finest materials to build the two properties and the furnished interiors have been finished by top interior designer Sarah Graham. One of the homes, Blandings, has now been sold whilst Wodehouse has just been put on the market for sale for £1.895m.

Set across four floors, Wodehouse boasts a wealth of cleverly designed features. Entering into a stunning three storey galleried entrance hall, the spacious ground floor has a bespoke kitchen/breakfast room, lounge, study and w/c. Downstairs, in the basement, there is a cinema and games room, gym, utility room and access to the property’s double garage. Wodehouse’s two further floors feature a further 5 bedrooms and bathrooms including a spectacular master bedroom with dressing area.

The home has underfloor heating throughout as well as a Russound home entertainment system, RAKO mood lighting and security cameras and an alarm system. Outside the property has its own private landscaped gardens and the property is accessed through automated gates.

Sterling Developments was incorporated in 1999 by owner Chris Allen and started life predominantly refurbishing properties in south east London and Kent. The company is now more concentrated towards building new luxury homes across the area.
