So, you decided that your business needs an app to grow and develop. You have spent days and months working with app developers to make sure that everything is perfect. The exciting day of launching comes, and you are expecting to get millions of fans. But nothing happens. And then you find yourself in trouble. Your marketing strategies turn to be not effective.

Do your best to make it easy for your customers to share their achievements and ideas about the app and provide them with all possible sharing options on every screen to get new users and higher engagement of the existing ones.

As a rule, the hand-to-mouth strategy builds a strong customer base. If your app is worth sharing, they will share it and attract new users, so you will have to apply minimum time and effort on advertising. In addition, you can also practice rewarding every user for every referral. Provide them with virtual currency or additional features for sharing and they will be even more motivated and interested in making your app grow.

Lack of customer trust

Users may be looking for a particular useful function, and if they do not trust the app providers, they will not download or share it. A good way of building trust is communicating with your customers to learn about their offers and suggestions about the app improvement, engaging with them on Facebook and Twitter to let them leave feedbacks, and rewarding active users. Customer care and personalized approach may help you to build trust and create long-term relations.

The app world becomes more and more crowded. Having an amazing app is not enough to beat your competitors. A successful app involves preparing interesting content and engagement plan before you launch it. Even more important is to engage with your customers when the app is out.
