Manchester-based Styles&Wood secures new contracts worth £23m
Property services firm Styles&Wood has secured a raft of contracts worth £23m across the healthcare, hospitality and commercial sectors.
The Manchester-headquartered company confirmed this morning (June 10) that the six projects will see its team working across over 127,000 sq ft of office space in Greater Manchester and London.
Styles&Wood has been tasked with delivering the £3m fit-out and refurb of a Manchester-based CARE Fertility treatment clinic and two easyHotels elsewhere in the North West.
Also among the clutch of new projects is a £6.2m fit-out on 56,000 sq ft of commercial space at One St Peter’s Square in Manchester, as well as a £3m brief to fit out 45,000 sq ft at the Dakota House office site in Wythenshawe.
Lastly, Styles&Wood has been called on to revamp London’s Irongate House, a 26,000 sq ft office building near Aldgate tube station.
The firm’s CEO, Tony Lenehan, said: “We are delighted with these contract wins, which demonstrate how the group is leveraging its unique skillset and capabilities to boost growth.
“While we are continuing to win work and expand our portfolio in a variety of markets, the commercial fit-out sector also remains an important source of work for the business.”
He added: “The Manchester market in particular has witnessed a surge in activity in recent months, and as demand for premium space remains high, particularly across the North West, we are expecting this is trend to continue.”
