Mike Brewer Motors Celebrates Winning Prestigious Award

Mike Brewer Motors, the Sheffield-based independent motor retailer, is proud to have won the award for ‘Best Digital Initiative’ at Auto Trader’s 2016 Click Awards.

Terry Saunders, Procurement Manager for the dealership, stepped onto the stage at the Banking Hall in London where the ceremony took place, to collect the award from Auto Trader Sales Director, Le Etta Pearce, and special guest, javelin world record holder and former Olympian, Steve Backley OBE.

Auto Trader’s Click Awards have established a reputation as the must-attend event in the digital automotive retailing calendar. Now in their ninth year, they celebrate excellence in digital car retailing and are awarded following close scrutiny of objective research and by an independent panel of judges.

This year’s Auto Trader Click Awards judging panel featured digital experts drawn from a full range of retail sectors including Rightmove, Amazon, LinkedIn, MEAT, and AOL.

The judging panel described Mike Brewer Motors’ use of data as ‘nothing short of exceptional, putting it head and shoulders above the competition’.

Terry said: “We are delighted to have been presented with this prestigious award. We have worked hard to embrace and leverage the data and technology available to us in order to create the best possible digital journey for the automotive consumer.

“To be told from a panel of digital experts that our use of data is ‘exceptional’ is a real endorsement of the efforts we have made and I am sure this award will motivate all the Mike Brewer Motors team to even greater heights.”

Le Etta Pearce, Auto Trader sales director, added: “Every award winner should be immensely proud of their achievement.
