Peninsula Business Services rebrands as Peninsula
Employment law and HR consultancy Peninsula Business services has rebranded as Peninsula following a refresh of its visual and brand identity for their first time in over 30 years. With the new strapline ‘success starts here’, the rebrand, which Peninsula has been working on for the past 12 months focusses on enhancing the company’s connection with its target audience - the SME business owner.
The company with its headquarters in Manchester started back in 1983 with 12 members of staff, today Peninsula houses the largest team of HR, employment law and health & safety experts, who are trusted advisers to over 30,000 businesses across the UK and Ireland. By refreshing their brand into a more simple, clear and concise offering, Peninsula aims to improve access to the support SME business owners need to help them grow and flourish, whilst cementing itself as a market leader in the employment law, HR and health & safety advice sector.
Speaking of the changes, managing director Peter Done said: “Over the past 33 years, Peninsula has evolved its service to ensure we provide tailored guidance and support to our members. Peninsula has a proud tradition of focussing on its members and delivering outstanding customer service. This is why we score over 98% on the independent review site Feefo. In such a competitive market, we believe that the level of trust and reliability we have built with our members helps us stand out from the crowd – the rebrand will help us to promote this further.”

Despite the new look, Peninsula wants to communicate to its existing members that it has kept the heritage of the brand:
