Sovini Property Services achieves top residents involvement award
Sovini Property Services (SPS) has achieved the Tpas Award for Contractor Re-accreditation proving its dedication to its customers and communities.
Part of the philanthropic Sovini Group, SPS provides maintenance, construction and new development services to Group partners and also external clients.
Since forming in 2010, SPS has always had customer involvement at the forefront of the overarching business strategy, from holding regular repairs and maintenance review groups with tenants to mystery shopping and inspection work.
SPS passed every single unit in the assessment, proving that it demonstrates an excellent approach to resident involvement.
In the assessment feedback, SPS was applauded for its commitment to embedding resident involvement in its business strategy to improve services, and the report stated that SPS staff “took resident scrutiny very seriously”.
SPS Head of Operations Steven Parker said: “To regain this accreditation is a true testament to how much we value our customers’ opinions on improving our service.
“Resident involvement is a key part of our business and has helped us to significantly improve our services, as well as keeping customer satisfaction at an all-time high.”
Tpas chief executive Jenny Osbourne said: “Sovini Property Services has undoubtedly demonstrated that they understand and have fully embedded resident involvement within their organisation and day-to-day delivery of services.
“They have continued to show how they adapt their resident involvement and community development and sustainability practices across the delivery of their services.”
