Telcom will be able to expand its customer base with Included.co

Northern Quarter’s Telcom partners with workspace company Included.co

Business internet provider Telcom has announced a new partnership with workspace company Included.co.

The deal will see Manchester-based Telcom take advantage of Included.co’s international network of coworking space spanning 114 sites across 25 countries.

In the UK, Included.co encompasses 52 shared working environments.

The partnership will initially cover coworking spaces in Manchester and London, but will later be rolled out worldwide.

As part of the agreement, Northern Quarter firm Telcom will be able to expand its customer base by offering ultrafast wireless internet to more communities, in addition to targeting companies as they outgrow their coworking space.

Freelancers and smaller teams will also have access to Telcom’s digital telephony and reach customers all over the world.

Hector Kolonas, who founded Included.co in 2014, said of the partnership: “We’re in the business of making valuable and transparent connections, and we only ever seek out partners who could provide high-quality and trusted services to the members of our network. Telcom definitely tick all those boxes.”

“Telcom have proven their expertise and understanding of setting up connectivity for multi-business shared workspaces in the past.”

Telcom is familiar with offering ultrafast connections to startup clusters, having already worked with the SpacePortX business centre in Manchester for the last two years.
