Manchester fashion brand Want That Trend targets plus-size demographic
Online fashion brand Want That Trend has expanded with a new extended range of plus-sized dresses.
The Manchester-based firm decided to boost its range after seeing the demand for bigger sizes increase over the last 15 months, according to Want That Trend founder Victoria Molyneux.
The range includes 128 items across sizes 16 to 24, with plans already underway to extend the offer further.
Commenting on the expansion, Victoria said steady growth has led to a “significant shift” in Want That Trend’s customer demographics.
She explained: “There are millions of women looking for comfortable, stylish clothes that not only fit well but offer versatility and a touch of glamour too.
“A lot of women struggle to find the perfect dress for that special occasion and so we wanted to launch an extended range to give them more affordable choice.”
Want That Trend intends to showcase the new plus-size collection at The Curve Fashion Festival next month, where it will appear alongside online and high-street fashion names such as Simply Be, Elvi, River Island and M&S.
