44,000 sq ft West Yorkshire warehouse hits the market

A 44,000 sq ft modern warehouse unit in South Elmsall, West Yorkshire, is set to hit the market.

The Industrial & Logistics team of Colliers International in Leeds has been appointed to dispose of the warehouse.

Located on Stadium Way, just off Dale Lane in the industrial area of South Elmsall, the warehouse unit has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment programme.

The property is being marketed by Colliers International on behalf of Citivale, seeking an annual rental income of £198k.

The unit is constructed of steel portal frame and includes 39,938 sq ft of warehousing space alongside 3,961 sq ft of office accommodation to the front elevation.

There are four ground level loading bays and the property benefits from a separate service yard and car parking areas.
