Manchester City announce Mundipharma linkup
Premier League side Manchester City have announced a new deal with healthcare and pharmaceutical business Mundipharma Pte Ltd.
The multi-year agreement, which makes Mundipharma the club’s official official healthcare product partner, will see the firm adopt regional partner status with a presence in Asia Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa.
As part of the deal, young City fans from around the world will get a an opportunity to visit the club’s training facility and participate in coaching sessions provided by City Football Schools coaches.
Additionally, MCFC’s medical team will get the Mundipharma treatment, with the logo for the firm’s BETADINE medicines due to feature on the sleeves of Manchester City medical staff for friendly games in Asia Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East or Africa.
The club’s chief operating officer, Omar Berrada, said he is pleased to collaborate with a business that shares the MCFC values.
He commented: “We are delighted to announce our partnership with Mundipharma, who like Manchester City continually strive for excellence.
“Their commitment to connecting with their in-market consumers in innovative and meaningful ways reflects that of Manchester City making them a fitting partner for the club.”
Speaking further, Mr Berrada said: “We look forward to working together across emerging markets, where our fanbase also continues to grow.”
