New luxury homes estate agency launches in Yorkshire

A new estate agency, specialising in marketing luxury homes, has launched in Yorkshire.

Noble & Lord was launched to address the demand for a boutique property marketer in Yorkshire, with its focus being on the sale of high-end properties across the county.

Using digital technology specifically designed for the industry, Noble & Lord will allow sellers to showcase their home on property portals. For example, the portals feature time-lapse and lifestyle ‘mini movies’.

Sellers also have access to a ‘house doctor’ who works across all viewings to ensure the property’s features are captured in the best possible way.

Glen Wilson, senior executive at Noble & Lord, said: “The property landscape is constantly evolving and we wanted to take a new approach to selling houses due to the majority of searches starting online.

“We hope to lead the pack in terms of service quality and presence in an increasingly crowded marketplace.

“Noble & Lord offers a new and creative way of selling homes. We like to tempt and intrigue potential buyers, piqué interest in our properties and get under the skin of what makes prospects tick– we don’t just put the property online and cross our fingers.”

With 26 years of experience as an estate agent, Glen has held various senior positions throughout London, Surrey and Hertfordshire. Glen returned to Yorkshire to spearhead Noble & Lord.

The agency is the sister company of Noble Homes, which provides new-build properties in the north of England. Headed up by Noble Homes’ executive Glen Wilson, Noble & Lord was launched to fulfil the need for a tailored, personalised estate agency service.

Glen added: “We don’t want our client base to become so large that our service is compromised.

“As such, our emphasis will always be to concentrate on a small pool of high-quality properties that align well with our branding and our sister company’s reputation.

“Noble & Lord’s fresh approach includes zero cost upfront, no lengthy contract and guaranteed personalised viewings.

“There are a lot of misconceptions about the estate agent industry as a whole, and we’re determined to bust myths around communication and transparency, giving clients the opportunity to get in touch seven days a week with any concerns or questions about their sale.”

Noble & Lord has recently acquired its first listing – a five-bedroom property in Garforth, Leeds. Leyland House offers approximately 11,000 sq ft of accommodation, coupled with extensive grounds, stables and gardens.
